This is one of those places where you seldom see staff. Everything can be done through your phone. Check in / check out / door locks / luggage storage can all be done without involving a human - which I didn't mind.Hotel was clean and very well situated. Rooms were a bit "thumpy." I kept hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around or sacks of potatoes being tossed around. Never figured out what the commotion was, but it was consistent. Overall a recommend.

"This is a great hotel but if you’re traveling from USA it doesn’t have standard creature comforts: The airport shuttle took forever. Check in was fairly ok but the rooms were hot and dated and had no ac or a fridge. Very spacious. Very comfortable beds tho."
